At Woebot Health, your security, and the best user experience, are our top priorities. To maintain the integrity of our platform and ensure optimal performance for our users, we’re taking steps to close accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, or can no longer be accessed. 

Woebot accounts that were created through our older Facebook implementation or that have not been active for 90 days or more as of October 28, 2024 will be closed.

If your account has been closed, you can request a download of your side of your conversations with Woebot by contacting support@woebothealth.com. 

If you need immediate assistance with your mental health, we recommend visiting this resources page or searching for local resources such as counseling services, hotlines, or other mental health services available in your area.
